The San Lorenzo area is full of life and a young atmosphere due to the proximity of the University. The apartment is on a very quiet and elegant street in this neighborhood, which will allow you to enjoy the life of the neighborhood without giving up tranquility. It is also a few minutes from Termini station from where you can access metro lines A and B as well as the direct train to Fiumicino airport with the "Leonardo Express". The area has all the services you may need for a short stay.

We had a great overnight stay! The place was clean, comfortable with air con in every room, and just as described. The host was clear and easy to communicate with, and check-in was super smooth. The location was convenient to access termini and we liked the local area of San Lorenzo for food and cafes. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—would definitely stay here again.

We’ve stayed at Miguel’s place for 4 nights as part of our family vacation in Rome and loved the place as we managed to experience quiet local lifestyle steps away from Rome’s beautiful sights. Apartment is located in a charming neighborhood with gated backyard which was very helpful with a 5yo. It’s also 500 m away from Rome Termini which is an easy connection to/from FCO airport. The place has everything we needed for the family vacation and communication with Miguel was easy and quick so we highly recommend Miguel’s place!

Find us

By BUS or METRO A sigle metro/bus ticket can be purchase in "Tabacchi" shops and in many bars. You can also purc hase them virtually with and app called "MOONEYGO". The price for a single ride of 100 minute is 1,50 euros. Inside the buses there is a red device that allows you to pay "Tap & Go" contactless with the phone if you have wallet app activated. Only one ticket per phone is allowed. By CAR Street parking is possible. In the blue lines you should pay in the parking meter or use and application like "EasyPark", to pay with the phone. There are some areas in white lines that are free. The problem is that usually the are always occupied. If you prefer a garage nearby you can contact: Dalmata Parking, in Via dei Dalmati, 23.
