The unit is in one of the main streets in the heart of Testaccio, offering a slice of local Roman life with easy access to great food, culture, and transport. Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except for the storage closets on the patio. Advance notice is required for use of the sofa bed. Otherwise, it will not be ready to use as a bed.

The property consists of: - A living room with a dining area and a sofa bed, which we can set up as a bed upon request. - A small bedroom/studio with a bunk bed and a comfortable desk for work. - A kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction stove, and other accessories such as a coffee maker, kitchen utensils, glasses, plates, etc. - A bathroom with shower and bidet - Wi-Fi - Air conditioning (hot/cold) A set of sheets and towels per guest, as well as bathroom amenities for the first 2-3 days, are included. For longer stays, you can purchase items you need in the local shops.
Other Details to Note
To reach the unit you need to reach the first floor. The elevator is located in a mezzanine after 14 steps. The phone number or/and email will be required to send a link to comply the Italian legal requirements of registering the group members of the booking. Despite its peaceful, residential vibe, Testaccio is very well connected: Metro: The nearest metro stop is Piramide (Line B), just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. From there, you can reach the Colosseum in 2 stops, and Termini station in 4 stops. Bus/Tram: Numerous buses and the nearby Tram 3 line go toward Trastevere, the Colosseum, and San Giovanni. Walking: You can walk to Trastevere (across the Tiber) in 15–20 minutes, and to Aventine Hill and the Orange Garden in 10 minutes.
