The apartment loft is next to the prestigious El Viso area, just behind the hospital of San Rafael, a few steps from Serrano street and a few minutes walk from the Bernabeu Stadium. Nearby are Berlin Park and Church of Our Lady of Guadalupe. The area is provided with all kinds of shops, supermarkets, fashion shops, gyms, restaurants and terraces, for all types of public.

When you enter, you have the dining room and the kitchen with two auxiliary cabinets and shelves. On the right, on the same level, you will find the bathroom with a bathtub, upstairs there is a large store area very practical. On the opposite side you will find the bedroom with a double bed, and a wardrobe, and if you go up the stairs there is a small living room where you will find the sofa bed and the TV. The apartment is reached directly from the airport with the metro (LINEA 8 - Parada Colombia). To go directly to the center, to the tourist area, you have at foot spet (Calle Serrano, 213) the bus stop - line # 51 that goes to Puerta del Sol, passing through Serrano, Puerta de Alcalá, La Cibeles Square , Colon Square, Wax Museum, Archaeological, Prado, Tissen, etc. etc. On Principe de Vergara Street you will find the bus stop with lines # 7 and # 16 that take you to the Alonso Martínez, and Moncloa respectively. In addition, Metro line 9 (Stop in Concha Espina) will conect you strait to Plaza de Castilla or park of Retiro, Avenida de América, etc. Madrid has carsharing services such as Car2Go, Emov, eCooltra, Bluemove among others.
