Beautiful house! Every room is really well decorated. Very good taste! Cleanest airbnb we’ve been to. We loved to have the beach just in a 5 min walk. Sandy shallow clear waters, perfect for the kids. Private community so it felt really calm and safe. Host very fast answering our questions. We definitely recommend staying here!

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in einem wunderbaren Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist perfekt, nur wenige Meter vom Meer und einem Privatstrand entfernet. Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage des Hauses benötigt man allerdings ein Auto. Einziger Negativpunkt: während unseres Aufenthaltes ging das WLAN nicht und wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise erst am letzten Tag repariert. Aber etwas „Medien-Detox“ hat uns während diesen tollen Ferien auch nicht geschadet. Gerne wieder.

We would definitely return here if we came back to Rome. A great apartment that is perfectly located. The view of the basilica from the window is spectacular and Miguel was a very helpful and responsive host. Definitely 5 stars!

Miguel's stay was perfect for our time in Rome! It is located in the trendy neighbourhood of Trastevere, within walking distance of popular eateries. The space was very clean and tidy. Miguel was also very communicative and ensured our stay was smooth!

A great apartment well located in Rome. The local neighbourhood is perfect for a more relaxed evening away from the tourist chaos yet close enough to be at the colosseum in 15 mins walk.

quel merveilleux endroit pour passer de vrais vacances ! la masion est superbe, la literie tres agreable, la climatisation est parfaite, et les espaces vraiment sympa. l'accès a la plage se fait a pied a 50m, donc en quelques minutes vous etes sur une plage de sable absolument magnifique et tres peu fréquentée. nous reviendrons !

Le logement est moderne, conforme à la description avec un service de conciergerie très à l'écoute et aimable. Miguel a toujours était très réactif par rapport à nos interrogations. Les transports publics sont à proximité et permettent de rejoindre rapidement le centre de Rome.

Thanks to Miguel – he was a very communicative and thoughtful host who provided us with plenty of helpful information. The apartment itself was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Located in the heart of the city, the apartment was perfect for our stay. The host shared excellent recommendations for local eateries and attractions, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Communication was seamless throughout! Miguel was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Thanks again, Miguel! We might be visiting Rome again soon.

Excellent hosting, also fast responses and helpful instructions to find as well flexible check in. Super modern apartment with all facilities. Spotless top to bottom. Really easy 2 minute walk to nearest tram stop, which takes you straight to the centre. And lots of nearby bars, restaurant and shops. Will book again in when next in Rome.

"A Perfect Stay!" I had an amazing experience at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in effortless.
